Membership
Age 18-64 - $50 per month
Age 65+ - $70 per month
Family of 4 or less - $100 per month
Family of 5 or more - $150 per month
Add chiropractic care $60 per person, per month
$50 one time "start the relationship" fee per person
Memberships include all primary and acute care needs. Below are extra services included with memberships only.

What's included in a membership?
Same or Next Day Appointments
Our established patients have the opportunity to be able to get same day or next day appointments for acute care needs!
Massage Therapy
Massage by Stephine will be available to members only. Our members don't have to compete for times. Payments will be made to Massage by Stephine directly.
Medication Refills
Through our internal Pharmacy our Licensed Nurse Practitioners can fill prescriptions for acute and chronic illnesses medication refill from right in our clinic.
